- WeatherMind helps accelerate insurance pay-out following natural disasters, so that victims can rebuild their lives faster.
- Our AI-powered solution scans all climate claims notified to the insurer. Then, depending on the severity of the claim, we would either process it end-to-end (up to 70% of total volumes) or we would flag it for a prioritised human intervention.

Position Overview 🔍
As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you'll play a vital role in building the backend and frontend infrastructure that powers our AI-driven solutions. You'll collaborate closely with our R&D team and the CTO to design, develop, and maintain critical backend and frontend systems, ensuring smooth data flow and seamless user experience.
Responsibilities 🚀
- Be highly involved in the design of our product.
- Design, develop, and test new features for both the backend and frontend.
- Develop and manage APIs for efficient data exchange between internal and external systems.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Automate tasks and implement DevOps practices to streamline development and deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest backend technologies and trends.
